The diffusion of Brain Pop, in my opinion is low with only 25% of US school districts have subscribed since 1999. (Brainpop.com, 2012) The UK has adopted this web tool and it has diffused and I would determine the UK as early adopters and the US would be categorized as an early majority. BrainPop is used in other countries as well.
